Virginie Brun brings nearly 35 years of financial and operational expertise, applied across a range of organisations in Europe and internationally.
— Within investment banks — Cie Financière Barclays and Lazard Frères & Cie — where she developed the craft of Private Equity investor and portfolio manager;
— Within large international groups (Vivendi Universal, Fiat SpA), where she led M&A operations, from initial thinking through to the integration of teams and businesses;
— Supporting early-stage start-ups in their search for funding and partnerships;
— Assisting families in defining and delivering their development strategy and asset allocation.
Pierre-Frédéric Noël
Founding partner
Pierre-Frédéric Noël draws on deep expertise in Luxembourg and cross-border taxation, forged in trust firms and law practices over nearly 20 years.
